We have some very shocking and sad news. Sharon, our queen of the BDC Social, has unexpectedly passed away this morning. She was passionate about the BDC and the Ballroom Dance community.
She will be truly missed by all. When we find out more information about the funeral, we will certainly pass the information along to everyone.

Sharon was such a sweet and giving person, with such a kind heart. If the world had more people like Sharon, this world would be a better place. I feel blessed to have had her as my friend.

Memory: Sharon.. always so passionate about things.. good and bad. If she thought the judges were wrong.. LOOK OUT! If she thought someone had done wrong by one of her friends.. LOL!! run and HIDE! I am so very, very shocked and sad to hear about Sharon.
My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.
I first met Sharon through Brian Fortuna's web site forum. She was the one who first introduced all of us there to the Ballroom Dance Channel. I always looked forward to her posts and emails as they were always funny and gracious and put a smile on my face.
