HI!! How are u? Its been awhile :) Have you seen some of the changes that have been going on here? They have a Poll page, Tinks Corner has some interesting things going on too! Theres been a discussion on "Should Ballroom Dancing be part of the Olypics" I've been doing some looking around and there has been alot of changes :) have a great week!!
i just deleted my first comment...lol...ok what i said was tai chi is wonderful. frank just got certified . he took a 6 week course while in his program. he says its very gentle.
